1. Refund Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:-

1. Video Evidence for Product Return/Damage
   – If you want to return an item or report damage, please record a clear video of the entire unboxing process without any edits. Make sure the video shows the package label and seal clearly.
2. Return Window

3. Eligibility for Refund
   To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:-
   – The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
   – A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
   – Refund requests must be made within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Items
   Certain products are non-refundable, including:
   – Item marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
   – Items purchased on sale or during promotions
   – Personalized or customized products
   – Opened or used consumables (e.g., markers, pens,)
5. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. Processing Refunds
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange
   You can exchange your item if:
   – The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
   – You received the wrong item.
   – The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
   – The exchange request is made within 24 Hours of receiving the item.
2. How to Request an Exchange

If the exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement product. In cases where the exact product is not available, you may choose another item of equal value.
3. Return Shipping for Exchanges
   For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@zaydanic.com. Provide photos of the damaged product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Order Cancellation
   You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it for a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
6. Final Sale Items
   Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
